Christine Mbito is a highly accomplished capacity building and change management practitioner with over 15 years of experience supporting organizational development across East and Southern Africa. She has worked extensively with development partners including UNDP, Global Fund, USAID, FCDO, Bread for the World, BMZ, and the Embassy of Sweden, among others. Christine has successfully facilitated over 100 organizational capacity assessments and developed tailored institutional strengthening plans for civil society organizations in Kenya, South Sudan, Uganda, Somalia, and Mozambique. Her expertise spans the development of operational and management policies for NGOs and community-based organizations, alongside coaching, mentorship, and participatory performance monitoring. A polished trainer and facilitator, Christine has led training programs in resource mobilization, governance, advocacy, youth and gender participation, M&E, public finance management, and more, consistently empowering institutions to become more resilient, strategic, and sustainable.
